ALL Coaches:
Anyone reserving the facility MUST sign a copy of the Pavilion Use Policy in
order to utilize the facility.
There is a copy at the pavilion, sign it and leave in the file folder PRIOR to
use!

I need at least 24 hours notice to get times scheduled -email works
best.
You may not schedule the pavilion for more than one hour per week
(there over 500 players that use the facility not including the public
that we need to use the facility to pay for the utilities) -you may
certainly continue to use the facility if no one is using it after your
scheduled time.
Do not give out the code to any other person, we cannot invest in a
higher tech locking mechanism right now, it would be difficult to change
the code due to unauthorized use and suffering vandalism would
cripple the ability to keep it open for use.
You must read and sign a copy of the pavilion usage policy and
procedure (available on the website or at the pavilion) leave signed
copy at the pavilion in the blue folder) THIS IS FOR COACHES AND
BLL PARENTS
Please keep the pavilion clean, abuse will result in the pavilion locked
down.
