The Majors Division players are drafted in the
league to facilitate an even playing field.  The
level of competition is higher, so to ensure
competition remains healthy, there are
stricter guidelines emphasizing ability as a
prerequisite to entering prior to age 11.  
Playing time is limited for younger players.
