2010 Minor League
The Minor Division uses a hard
baseball. Pitchers are introduced at
this level as well as healthy
competition. In order to achieve
"healthy" competition, when placing
players at this level, more emphasis is
given to ability, keeping players from
getting discouraged, and allowing for
a much more positive experience.
